Delivery Options

We offer a range of delivery options to get your orders to you conveniently. The specific options available to you will be displayed at checkout and are based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.

  • Standard Delivery: Our aim is to process and dispatch all in-stock items within a set number of working days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Standard delivery then typically takes a further set number of working days.
  • Express Delivery: For a faster service, you can select Express Delivery at checkout. This service ensures your order is processed and dispatched on an expedited basis, with delivery typically achieved within a shorter timeframe.
  • Click & Collect: Please note that the Click & Collect service is not currently available.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the size and weight of your order, the delivery option selected, and your delivery location. All applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order during the checkout process.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after a specified cut-off time will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our website to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Timescales

Please be aware that all delivery timescales provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, circumstances outside of our control can occasionally cause delays, particularly during peak periods.

Failed Deliveries & Access

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided delivery address is correct and complete. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one is available, or if access to the delivery address is restricted, our carrier will typically leave notification and may take the parcel to a local depot. You will then be responsible for rearranging delivery or collecting the parcel from the depot, potentially incurring additional charges.

International Delivery

We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.
