Our Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from swinglabstore.com. However, if you change your mind or are not entirely satisfied, you can return the item(s) to us for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Our Policy

You have 28 days from the day you receive your order to return an item for a full refund or exchange. This is in addition to your statutory rights. For faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, your statutory rights are not affected. Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange any custom-fitted or personalised items unless they are faulty.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please log in to your swinglabstore.com account and visit the ‘Order History’ section. Select the relevant order and item(s) you wish to return and follow the simple instructions to generate your returns note. If you checked out as a guest, you can access your order using your order number and email address.

All returns must be accompanied by a completed returns note. Please pack the item(s) securely, including the original delivery note and the reason for return. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and processed your return, we will notify you via email. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your card issuer’s processing times.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please process a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item on our website. This ensures you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will gladly arrange a replacement, refund, or repair. Please do not return faulty goods without first contacting us.

Returning Goods Bought In-Store via Mail

Items purchased from a physical retail location can also be returned via mail. The process is the same as above; please log in to your online account to generate a returns note and follow the packaging instructions. The refund will be issued to the original payment method where possible, or as store credit.

Important Information

Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with any hygiene strips intact. Footwear should be tried on indoors on a clean, carpeted surface. We reserve the right to refuse a return or deduct an amount from the refund if an item is not returned in a fully resalable condition.
